With over 25 years experience I started at a time when an Internet Café was a thing. I started on a public helpdesk, moving onto a corporate helpdesk, moving up in my career I moved on to a senior systems administrator & network administrator. Continuing my progression to the role of IT Operations manager and Head of IT.

Having worked alongside some of the most respected IT Directors and CTOs in the industry, I have developed a strategic and technical lens. Allowing me to bridge the gap between complex technical and business objectives, ensuring IT is a growth driver rather than a cost center.

I thrive on rolling up my sleeves and getting involved whether it’s solving tough IT challenges, mentoring my team, or ensuring customers get reliable, high-quality support. With a focus on seamless IT systems and services, I make sure everything runs smoothly and gets done right.

I work with MSPs to map out what businesses need, create strategic plans, and put solutions in place that make a difference. It’s all about finding practical ways to improve performance and deliver results that matter.

Scouting is an important part of my life and reflects many of the values I try to live by service, teamwork, learning and doing the right thing. Community involvement gives me perspective beyond my own world and reinforces the importance of helping others, especially the next generation to develop confidence and resilience.

I’ve been involved in fundraising for causes that support children and families, including Brookland’s School, the Level Up Laptop campaign during Covid to help children access learning and The Children’s Trust. Giving back in practical ways and supporting charities that make a real difference matters to me.
